Vans

Vans, box vans, or cargo trailers are some of the most versatile types of trailers. Vans are enclosed containers that play a crucial role in the logistics and transportation industry. Van trailers are used to transport a variety of goods both regionally and for long hauls. Manac manufactures van trailers in a range of sizes with a range of optional and standard features.

Refrigerated Vans (Reefers)

Refrigerated vans, often called reefers, are similar to standard box van trailers but provide refrigeration and temperature control for goods that require a cool environment, such as food products and medications. Manac Trailers Coolwing refrigerated trailer is ideal for hauling anything that needs to be kept cool. These reefers are designed with XPS extruded polystyrene block foam insulation that provides improved r-value retention. They also have non-hygroscopic insulation that resists moisture infiltration and condensation. This design helps retain the temperature and reduce operating costs.

Flatbed Trailers

Flatbed trailers are generally open, without sides or roofs. Flat, open space allows a flatbed trailer to carry just about anything. Flatbeds are often used to transport machinery, construction equipment, and other bulk and heavy cargo.

Manac Trailer dealers offer three lines of flatbed trailers: Darkwing, Toughwing, and Legendwing. These flatbed semis are made with aluminum, steel, or a combination of materials. Manac flatbed trailers are available as drop deck trailers, standard semi flatbeds, or extendable flatbed trailers. The range of sizes and load capacity ensures the right flatbed for your job.

Log Trailers

Log trailers are designed with one specific purpose: transporting logs. These are commonly used in the forestry and logging industry to transport harvested logs from processing facilities. Log trailers need to be designed with safety in mind and come with proper ways to secure logs or any other cargo.

Manac Traile’s PowerWing log trailers are specifically designed for the logging industry. The log trailers feature a floor integrated into the frame for improved load equalization and maximizing payload – and, therefore, maximizing revenue. These trailers have optional features, including removable headboards, log loaders, and various lighting, axle, and suspension configurations.

Dump Trailers

Dump trailers are specially designed to transport and unload loose materials, including gravel, sand, soil, construction debris, or agricultural products. Dump trailers are frequently used in the construction, landscaping, and agriculture industries. Dump trailers feature a hydraulic lift mechanism that allows the trailer bed to raise at an angle, allowing the cargo to be dumped.

Manac Trailers Maxwing, Cobra, and CPS are all dump trailers. The different trailers include side dumps, end dumps, or even bottom dump options. All of Manac’s dump trailers are designed for easy maintenance, stability, and durability.
